Policies

Learners must be restroom independent.

Drop-off begins 10 minutes before class.

Pick-up time is no later than 10 minutes after class. (charge of $5 each additional 10 minutes thereafter will be added to next month’s tuition)

Please send a leak proof water bottle each day.

Tuition is due on the 1st of each month.

Late payment fee of $25 will be added if payment is not received by the 5th to the next month’s tuition.

Non-payment will result in removal of class until payment is made. Please let us know if you need to make any

arrangements to fulfill the non-payment.

Please dress your child in clothes that are comfortable to play and get messy in. You may send a change of clothes.

Children will only be released to those authorized on the drop-off/pick-up list.

Please keep the family Emergency Contact list up to date in case of an illness or injury.

Families (Children & Parents) are expected to uphold the Code of Conduct and demonstrate respect for all families that are part of HHLH.

Parents will be notified of any serious incident.

First Aid will be administered as needed, which includes ice pack, wound cleaner, ointment, and bandages. No medication will be given unless it is an Inhaler or EpiPen.
