Policies

  • Learners must be restroom independent.

  • Drop-off begins 10 minutes before class.

  • Pick-up time is no later than 10 minutes after class. (charge of $5 each additional 10 minutes thereafter will be added to next month’s tuition)

  • Please send a leak proof water bottle each day.

  • Tuition is due on the 1st of each month.

  • Late payment fee of $25 will be added if payment is not received by the 5th   to the next month’s tuition.

  • Non-payment will result in removal of class until payment is made.   Please let us know if you need to make any

  • arrangements to fulfill the non-payment.

  • Please dress your child in clothes that are comfortable to play and get messy in. You may send a change of clothes.

  • Children will only be released to those authorized on the drop-off/pick-up list.

  • Please keep the family Emergency Contact list up to date in case of an illness or injury.

  • Families (Children & Parents) are expected to uphold the Code of Conduct and demonstrate respect for all families that are part of HHLH.

  • Parents will be notified of any serious incident.

  • First Aid will be administered as needed, which includes ice pack, wound cleaner, ointment, and bandages. No medication will be given unless it is an Inhaler or EpiPen.
